Simple Steps to the Logo Sock Program

  1. Make the decision that this unique program will meet your needs. You have, no doubt, tried other fundraisers, but we believe that our program offers some important benefits to you, your students and their parents.
    • The socks are unique to your school and promote your school.
    • The program is very profitable, so you won’t need constant fundraisers.
    • The parents must buy socks anyhow, and yours are priced to sell.
    • The program is simple and has far less paperwork than most others.
    • The program can be easily repeated each year.
    • Choose whether Program 1/1 Black or Program 2 best suits your needs.
  2. Program 1 offers you the opportunity to design the perfect logo to reflect your school’s unique spirit and personality. We have a selection of great-looking logos to work with many mascots, and we can also design your unique logo to fit on the socks for a reasonable set-up fee. The design should fit on a low-cut style sock, if possible, since that is currently the most popular. Once your logo is chosen, we can then move forward.
    Program 1 Black offers the same options as Program 1, except in a black sock.
    Program 2 offers two designs, either the Elite double stripe or the single paw on the back. We, of course, make the socks in your school colors with two colors plus white available in the stripe and one color plus white available in the paw. This program has less design flexibility than program 1, but it offers a very inexpensive option since the retail price is 2-pair for $5.00
  3. You now have two basic options to proceed with either program, and you can choose whichever one better fits your situation.
    Option one is to order the minimum order (100 3-pair packs for Program 1/ 200 2-pair packs for Program 2) or greater of the school logo socks, and you can start selling from that stock as soon as we deliver. All you need to do is fill out your sales agreement and check list and fax them to us with the initial order, and we will make and ship your merchandise as soon as possible.
    Option two is to begin selling immediately with our one-page sales brochure/order form which we will customize to your school and email to you. You can modify the brochure as might be appropriate to your situation and print out as many as you need. The obvious advantage to this method is that you can collect the money in advance, and you can easily sell all of our stock items as part of your program. The challenge is that you don’t have the socks “in hand” to show the quality and style. Once you have compiled your order using our tally sheets, you will place the order and make sure you have sent in the Sales Agreement and Checklist. The minimum orders for each program still apply, but, since you will have collected the money in advance, you will have the money to pay for the order. You can, of course, combine the two approaches and do an immediate order while also using the personalized sales brochure.
  4. Once you have placed your order, it generally takes us from two to three weeks to manufacture and ship your socks. This depends upon your design, the location to which we are shipping and the time of year. The time before Christmas is generally very busy. Shipping is included, though there will be a small surcharge for some distant locations, since the cost of shipping has increased dramatically.
  5. You receive the socks and the invoice.—At approximately the same time that you receive your socks, you will receive an invoice either in the mail or by email, if you prefer. You will note in the Sales Agreement and the Checklist that you have 14 days to pay the invoice. If not paid within that time period, a 5% additional charge will be added, unless there have been special arrangements made due to the particular policies of your district.
  6. Reorders through the year—You are free to send us orders throughout the school year as long as there is a minimum order for your logo socks. There is no minimum for our stock items, but there will be small shipping charges on orders under twenty packs. This is a good way to generate some extra funds, especially after the students and their parents and friends have had a chance to experience the great quality and value of these socks.
